Introducing SOUS ALL THE VIDES!
About a year ago I bought an immersion circulator and started experimenting with sous vide cooking. I've always enjoyed being in the kitchen, but this really took my cooking to the next level. While there are some great resources out there that give excellent guidelines for sous vide cooking, I've often found a lack of great resources for really specific cuts of meat, or particular preparations. I've learned a lot in the past year, and continue to experiment a ton, so I (along with a few friends) put together a blog to document the best recipes that I've come up with.
